1. AIR SPRING SYSTEMS
Air Springs & Metal Components (Pistons, Plates, Brackets)
We supply complete air spring systems together with their metal parts—pistons, top/bottom plates, rings and brackets—matched to your load and durability targets. Material and coating are selected per environment (aluminum/steel, Zn-flake, E-coat, etc.) and verified with salt-spray and adhesion checks. Leakage and endurance tests validate sealing and lifecycle; dimensional stability is tracked with SPC from pilot to serial. Sourcing spans Türkiye, Europe and other hubs while we keep drawings, revisions and labels fully traceable.
2. ANTI-ROLL BARS & LINKAGES
Stabilizer Bars, Links, Bushings & Hardware
For torsion/torque and fatigue requirements we work with spring steels and the correct heat-treatment window. Geometry is held through controlled forming and fixtures; rubber-to-metal parts are validated for hardness, bonding and deflection. We manage samples → pilot → series with first-off dimensional approvals, and maintain PPAP files aligned to your APQP plan. Packaging, part marking and documentation are prepared for OEM, OES or aftermarket programs.
3. SHOCKS & SPECIAL PARTS
Shock Absorbers, Special Fasteners & Flanges
We organize sealing and performance tests for shock absorbers (tubes, rods, valving) and specify protective coatings for corrosion resistance. Project-specific fasteners—U-bolts, clamps, flanges, brackets—are delivered with EN 10204 3.1 certificates and controlled torque/fit. PPAP levels (1–3), IMDS entries and control plans are provided where required so your quality system stays complete. Throughout, our role is to align cost, lead time and quality with reliable, repeatable deliveries.
